Yes. We are currently shipping to more than 100 international countries including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and many others.
We also ship to the 50 United States, U.S. territories, and military PO boxes.
Because we ship from multiple warehouses, please allow for up to 1-3 weeks for any items that may ship from international warehouses.
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing (we promise to get you the goods asap). Once shipped, we’ll get you over a shipping confirmation including tracking number!
You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by emailing [email protected]
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we may also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are returning an item then you are responsible for delivery costs, and you should also consider using a trackable postal service as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if you are approved for a refund and your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
